believe the ownership of sales should remain with the System Vendor
or an elected professional sales representative in the region, where
formal distribution agreements are not in place.
Distribution agreements can be established with organizations where
no pre-existing competitive agreement exists.
POST-SALES
SUPPORT
Braintree Pty Limited work with the System Vendor and client to
ensure a smooth and timely integration of the system solution with
minimal risk.
Post sales activities include preparing functional specifications,
facilitation of system installation, data migration, user training
and testing, acceptance of the system, for a full and complete implementation.
Resources dedicated to the project will have a long-term commitment
with the client in the region and continue to support their ongoing
requirements and upgrades. Braintree Pty Limited formalises a partnership
with the System Vendor to offer post-sales support by applying skilled
consultants to represent the System Vendor through these activities.
The System Vendor cost are significantly reduced by using local
resources and freeing up resources elsewhere to concentrate on further

Calypso Wins Overall Technology Leader
Award from The Banker

San Francisco, June 4, 2003 - Calypso Technology announced
today that it was awarded the Overall Technology Leader
award for Wholesale Back Office Application of the Year
by The Banker Magazine. The Banker is a publication of the
Financial Times Business group. This year's awards were
the inaugural technology awards given by the magazine.
"The judging panel chose Calypso as it clearly differentiated
itself from the pack. The winner was based on a number of
criteria. True innovation, adaptability to business needs,
fast implementation, and customer satisfaction were all
considered. Our panel felt Calypso distinguished itself
on all fronts," said Parveen Bansal, Technology Editor
for The Banker.
Calypso received the award at The Banker Technology Awards
2003 evening on June 3 in London.
